Promote and disseminate teaching and research on European Union (EU) issues, as well as encourage dialogue between academics and the different protagonists of society, in order to disseminate and generate knowledge and ideas that help formulate policies and reinforce the role of the EU around the world. To do this, a module must be taught with a minimum duration of 3 years and a minimum of 40 hours per school year.

Establish contact with pairs of European institutions interested in developing the joint project of the module to be taught.
Establish networks and bridges for dialogue with different civil society agents.

Request from the Academic Support Area of your unit the Participant Identification Code (PIC) as this will be requested in the application form.
The academic registers in the Participant Portal to have an access account and be able to complete the official application form with data and summary of the project, which can be found in "eForm" on the call for proposals page. Also, complete the project form in word format and the Excel file with the detailed budget.

Request from the Academic Support Area of your unit the file of the "Declaration of Honor" in PDF format.
Submit the application online (eForm) , before the deadline together with the detailed description of the project (Project Form in Word format), the financial breakdown (Excel file with the detailed budget) and the Declaration of Honor file.
It is important that before sending the "eForm" with the three attached files, verify the connection between the academic's computer and the server of the European Community. To do this, you must select the right box "Test your connection" at the bottom of any page of the "eForm".
If a yellow box appears at the top of the page warning about the security of the document, display the "Options" menu and select "Always consider this document as trustworthy" and select the right box "Test your connection" at the bottom of any "eForm" page. A green text should appear indicating that the connection test was successful.
In case of marking an error in the connection, you must verify and, if necessary, update the version of Adobe Acrobat.
You should receive a confirmation email and a page with the "Application submission number" which should appear on page 13 of the "eForm". Otherwise, it is necessary to verify the connection and delivery again.
