The Autonomous Metropolitan University, through the Institutional Mobility Program (PIM), allows students from our house of studies and other higher education institutions, national or foreign. carry out a study or research mobility stay, through collaboration agreements or through associations or networks with which academic cooperation instruments have been established for student mobility. This intercultural experience contributes to the academic and personal training of each student, oriented towards their future professional performance.

Two types of mobility stays can be carried out:

Study stay: Temporary academic activity that allows you to study teaching-learning units (UEA), in an institution other than the one of origin, with a minimum duration of one quarter and a maximum of up to three academic periods (quarters).

Research stay: Academic activity in which research can be carried out under the guidance of a research professor at the host institution.

Outbound Mobility

UAM undergraduate and postgraduate students who participate in the outgoing mobility calls of the Institutional Mobility Program may carry out part of their studies in a national or foreign higher education institution, to cover a certain number of credits of their plan. of studies or carry out research with the institutional recognition of the studies and academic activities carried out in another institution.

National Outgoing Mobility

The Institutional Mobility Program has a wide range of higher education institutions in the country, as well as important research centers for UAM students to carry out a study or research mobility stay.

UAM undergraduate students who wish to carry out part of their studies in a national Higher Education Institution (HEI) with which they have formalized a collaboration agreement or through associations or networks with which cooperation instruments have been established to Mobility.

UAM specialization, master's and doctoral students who have been accepted or are in the process of being accepted at any Higher Education Institution (HEI) or recognized research centers relevant to the student's academic project.

International Outgoing Mobility

The Institutional Mobility Program has a wide range of higher education institutions abroad, with the main universities and research centers in Africa, America, Asia and Europe where UAM students can carry out a study or research stay.

UAM undergraduate students who wish to carry out part of their studies in an international Higher Education Institution (HEI), with which a collaboration agreement has been formalized or through associations or networks with which cooperation instruments have been established. for mobility.
