Management of Agreements and Contracts

We provide advice, information and guidance for the management of agreements and contracts both to the University Units of the UAM, as well as to institutions from various sectors interested in collaborating with our university.

What can be agreed?

Any activity that has to do with scientific and academic research that promotes the development of science and culture, such as:

Pure or paid research projects

Exchange of academic staff

Student mobility

Inter-institutional relations

Provision of services

Continuing education (courses, workshops, diplomas, seminars)

Donation in kind (appliances, equipment, furniture, books, works, among others)

Loan of spaces, facilities, equipment and materials

Electronic or printed publication, transfer of rights and distribution of bibliographic material

With whom?

An agreement can be signed with:

Government Sector

They are those government entities at different levels: federal, state and municipal.

Business sector

They are those institutions, companies or enterprises belonging to individuals.

Social sector

They are those associations, civil societies and national and foreign higher education institutions.

Consultation agreement

Consult the agreements to verify their validity or to create a new one.

Fiscal ID (Updated)

Proof of address (no more than 3 months old)

Appointment of the representative or legal representative

Identification of the representative or legal representative

The elaboration and formalization of any agreement, contract and agreement, requires prior negotiation, in accordance with administrative guidelines of general application that facilitate and expedite its signing.
