In this context and with the aim of continuing to support the university community to carry out their mobility stay in National and International Higher Education Institutions, as well as the students of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) interested national and foreign partners (os) in carrying out their mobility stay in our house of studies through the Institutional Mobility Program, the Mobility Coordination Board of the UAM, communicates that, based on the analysis of possible national and international scenarios, it has decided to reactivate mobility in face-to-face and mixed modality, both incoming and outgoing at the undergraduate and postgraduate level during the second semester of 2022.
Due to the above, UAM undergraduate and graduate students will be able to carry out their application process in face-to-face and mixed modality for the second semester of 2022.

The application/nomination period takes place three times a year for students to carry out a mobility stay at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana according to the following calendar:

Requirements
Be currently enrolled in the institution of origin.
Be nominated by the mobility or exchange area of the institution of origin.
Have a minimum GPA of 8.0.
Have a minimum of 50% credits covered, according to their study plan.
Have a command of the Spanish language B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR); If your mother tongue is different from Spanish.
Acquire an International Medical Insurance that covers the time of the mobility stay (including repatriation and civil liability). The copy of the policy must be sent to the email movilidadentrante@correo.uam.mx one week before arriving in Mexico City.

Explanation letter of reasons.
Copy of official identification (Passport).
Copy of proof of the B2 Spanish language according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), if your mother tongue is different from Spanish.
Copy of Social Security IMSS, ISSSTE or other equivalent.
Copy of International Medical Insurance (including repatriation and civil liability). The copy of the policy must be sent to the email movilidadentrante@correo.uam.mx one week before arriving in Mexico City.
If you are interested in doing a study stay at the UAM, these are the requirements to follow:
Go to the Mobility or Exchange Office of your university to find out if there is an agreement with the UAM or any cooperation instrument that allows you to apply to the UAM and do your mobility stay.
Integrate with your study coordinator the proposal of "Application for Mobility Program Participants" with the academic offer that the UAM has./p>
Follow all the steps that your university asks you to apply to the UAM.
You must submit to your University the documents required for your application.
Wait for the results. The acceptance letter is issued approximately a month and a half after the application period ends.
