For the Metropolitan Autonomous University, its Graduates represent the culmination of a joint effort made by the different spaces that integrate it; Thanks to the solid academic preparation and mastery of innovative methodologies and techniques provided during their training process, they become the institution's best letter of introduction to its social, cultural, and economic environment.



ABOUT US

Since its foundation, the UAM has developed a series of actions aimed at the care and follow-up of its graduates. The studies of graduates carried out since 1978 stand out, the creation of Offices of Attention to Graduates in all the University Units, the wide offer of courses and continuing education workshops carried out by various instances of the University, job fairs, the stock exchange system of work and the integration of various alumni associations.

In this context, the current administration endorses its interest in institutionally promoting this type of actions with an eminently strategic vision through the recognition and promotion of attention, follow-up and connection with graduates; this with the aim of providing informational-organizational services, and various supports for academic processes through the development of studies and projects, in addition to strengthening the link with graduates in a perspective of integration into the university community beyond its walls.

The Department of Graduates and Employment Exchange aims to establish linkage mechanisms with graduates in order to facilitate their access to information on the employment exchange, qualifications, scholarships, academic updating and other institutional services aimed at raising the sense of pride and belonging to the university community, as well as designing and carrying out follow-up studies of graduates to have the information that supports the evaluation of the relevance and quality of the study plans.

We have 179,852 graduates from all undergraduate programs and 16,061 graduates (AGA, Fall 2021).

Sistema de Información de Estudiantes, Egresados y Empleadores (SIEEE)


The Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana has developed the system -called SIEEE- for the generation of studies on the trajectory of students, monitoring of graduates, opinion of employers and labor market trends.

Studies are carried out whose objective is to help ensure and improve the training processes of undergraduate and graduate programs.

 

SISTEMA INSTITUCIONAL DE BOLSA DE TRABAJO (SIBOT)

The Metropolitan Autonomous University, concerned with offering alternatives that contribute to the labor insertion of its students and graduates, offers the Institutional Job Bank System (SIBOT) in order to facilitate the link with the Enterprise, Organizations and Institutions (EOI) looking for professionals who meet their requirements for qualified human resources.

  • 01 To the candidates:

    • Consult professional vacancies and apply directly.
    • Update your data in the system periodically.
    • Obtain personalized advice for the elaboration of your CV.
    • Access information about the activities we organize for you in support of job placement.

  • • Timely dissemination of their vacancies among the students and graduates of the undergraduate and postgraduate courses of the University.
    • Consult the portfolio of registered candidates according to the profile you require.
    • Identify the profiles of the candidates who have applied for their vacancies.
    • Dissemination of vacancies via email.
    • Search for specialized profiles.
    • Organize recruitment sessions in the University Units.

  • The SIBOT service is free and is for the exclusive use of UAM students and graduates. The EOI interested in registering may do so by complying with the requirements established by the registry.
