Request

Letter of acceptance from the thesis director at the receiving institution.

Submit the thesis project with a work schedule indicating the activities to be carried out at the UAM and the receiving institution.

Letter of approval from the UAM tutor or the coordinator of postgraduate studies, or in accordance with the modalities determined by the Divisional Council or by the corresponding Postgraduate Committee.

Academic history or proof of qualifications, with average and percentage of credits.

Proof of foreign language level.

Copy of the current passport or copy of the appointment document at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Copy of the policy or letter of commitment to purchase medical insurance with international coverage, valid throughout the stay, which includes medical repatriation, mortal remains and accidents. The copy of the policy must be sent to the Office of Academic Cooperation at cooperacionacademica@correo.uam.mx one week before each trip.
