Graduated from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Unidad Xochimilco, CDMX, with a degree in Stomatology. 1978-1982.

With the team of Dr. María Esther Irigoyen Camacho, the Lorenzo Uribe 1987 national research prize in Dentistry was obtained.

In 1986 he entered the National Institute of Pediatrics (INP) as a resident of the specialty in Pediatric Stomatology; later, assigned to the same Service, he was the head of of the service and ownership of the specialty course for 20 years; currently he is attached to the stomatology service. At the INP he collaborated in the elaboration of the program academic who was recognized by the UNAM, in obtaining the professional certificate of specialty for graduates prior to 1995. He obtained a Diploma in Planning and Strategic Health Management; he is vice president of the Quality and Safety Committee of the Patient and member of the editorial committee of the journal Acta Pediatrica de México.

Collaborator in various comprehensive medical care clinics within the INP. He encouraged the external rotation and undergraduate social service within the Stomatology service. He is the author of 1 Book and 7 chapters in other books; Author and co-author of more than 60 articles scientists.

Founder of the National Council of Hospital Pediatric Stomatology A.C. Researcher in Medical Sciences "A", and later "B" by the CCINSHAE, of the Secretary of Health, Mexico.

he specialized in Human Rights and studied for a master's degree in Law Constitutional (University of Castilla La Mancha) and the Inter-institutional Master's Degree in Human Rights in the CNDH. He is founding vice president of AWAKENINGS RIGHTS AC HUMANS.

1. Any anecdote that you would like to share during your studies at UAM? I remember very well the day that, when I was in class, in a recently inaugurated building, a the door of the room and oh surprise! a cow appeared, which looked at us and she went.

2. Is there a professor or professor at the UAM who has been decisive for your academic and/or professional training? Dr. Lilia Díaz Balvanera, who was my teacher during the second phase, motivated me to study the specialty in Pediatric Stomatology

3. What was her favorite UEA in college? Because? My favorite UEA was Primary Dentition Occlusion Physiological Unit, it was to discover the theoretical-practical bases of pediatric stomatology.

4. Do you have any advice for the students of the degree you studied at UAM? Learning to investigate, apply what has been learned and implement improvements every day, are the basis of professional success.
